re-united

yesterday was a nice day (: somewhat i suppose.

spent the whole morning playing wii and walking around the house with jaya. ate her brother’s rice cake snack haha (: nice. after lots of wii, bathed and then went out to meet taixin for lunch.

spent really long trying to find the beef horfun but couldnt. nevermind next time we just go tiong bahru or geylang eat ): haha ended up eating asian kitchen which really wasnt so nice. baa. and marble slab which was :D yum yum. then wasted the whole afternoon walking around bugis shopping. bought a shirt for my dad, which he says is now too big cos he shrank. he shrank?! or maybe he grew more vain and prefers wearing tight shirts haha. walked round more until we were too tired to do anything. sian. i wanted to buy cotton on shirt and bag. and charles and keith stuff. i want the card! went to tcc after that to sit down drink coffee and eat beef mozza tofu. perfect match coffee was nice (: and then bought jaya her christmas present HAHAHA. doraemon mousey.

then took bus to airport to meet chrystal and gloria to pick bobo up. we got it right, she took SQ! (: or like apparently there was only that one flight back but it had four different flight numbers. so it was T3 arrival gate 45. amusingly chrystal and gloria said they both came out from that same gate too. haha. fated. waited quite awhile and talked abit before bobo finally came out. GLORIA HAS AN ACCENT (: hahaha so weirdly funny (: T3 reminds me of the time we went to hk together. so nice. and i kinda miss that. glory said the next time she’s gonna come back earliest is two years later )’: america’s really that nice huh. so maybe we’re gonna visit her at disney world. hmm. sobzzzz. i won’t even be seeing her much ):

finally bobo came out and we stood around there talking for about 20 mins. i realised we can’t communicate properly. like we all talk at the same time and all about different things. and like we all never listen then sometimes gloria just adds to the noise by going ‘oooooh’ hahahaha so retarded. then she had to go home. so chrystal gloria and i ate dinner at airport’s xin wang hong kong cafe (: so much randomness again i kind of miss it. dinner was really long and then taixin came and fetched us all home (:

srsly, exams are as good as over to me. this is bad, bad. there’s nothing left to study alr. i came online at 8am and still havent done what i’m supposed to do – check flight timings. do you think she will take qantas or SQ? hmm haha.

tomorrow’s lauren’s birthday we’re going toys r us shopping. hehe (: exams pls be over now. i want to play with bobo glory and pacey. i want to meet up with friends and i want to shop, i want to eat and be happy. play wii.

wrote until my hands almost broke for ethics. havent written that much under that kind of time constraint for a really long time. brings back good memories of JC days, doing geog and econs papers HAHA. started slacking off once ethics ended. felt like all my exams ended already. damn bad! haha. went home, chilled, rushed through marketing, watching national treasure at night. haha oh well.

marketing today was crappy. like seriously. HEHE. finished it in 40 mins, and like so many different from jaya.

this morning my father asked me what would i do if one day i was driving along the highway at 80kmh and saw a cockroach run across my dashboard. and i was thinking DIE SURE DIE. but then i said, oh no ah i will continue driving. haha shit. i realise i even panic in lightning ): HAHA.

even when people know deep down that studying doesn’t help, they mug like there’s no tomorrow.

WHY? cos they just feel uneasy doing nothing. see, this is kiasu-ism at its peak, perfectly displayed everywhere in everyone in SMU now.

people just study for the sake of studying when actually some subjects really cannot study one. haha. its like some kind of drug that helps ease the guilt and uneasiness of sitting around doing nothing.

and this is exactly what im doing now. hugging onto my ethics notes trying very hard to read them when i know its not going to be of any use (or rather much use tomorrow). i know that if i don’t, i’ll feel like i didn’t do enough.

my previous entry was seriously stupid haha.

year 2 sem 1 has ended. time really fliesss. my favourite class this sem was mpw because every lesson had so many people to talk to online! and all from the same class somemore, funny ah. every sem like that, always never pay attention, HOW TO PULL UP LOUSY GPA? maybe should just yknow, build up on experience. but, lazy.

so the sem ended on friday the 13th, with the last lesson being mpw. prof rambled on for 1.5 hours about how good she was, but obviously i didnt listen. friday was pretty much a waste time day. had lunch at waterloo with taixin and jaya (i realised i should use proper names from now on if not no one will know, and besides bahn and pittit sounds stupiddd) :D HAHA. eh then went off to the indo embassy to collect jaya’s passport.

double standard! they let me in on tuesday with my tight short dress but not in my teeshirt and shorts! hahah. they made me pay $1 for the sarong to cover myself. like wth. went in for like 10 mins then came out, waste money. then jaya realised her passport details were wrong so she had to go back in again. missed our marketing research at 4 cos of the jam back to school, so had to wait till 5 to do it. and then like, studied the whole night but accomplished little ): booo. i always feel like sleeping whenever i open my textbooks.

had ocip meeting yesterday morning, then lunch with them at koufu. oh em gee i didnt know i had geniuses on my team hahaha. was listening to ben and huihan talk over lunch and was just stunned. their level of smartness just. makes me look, small. HAHA. ohwell. did one chapter of marketing and then tuition. YAY got tuition money ytd! (: shall put into my bank and not use it to shop.

oh and the happiest of all ytd was that chrystal is back! :D didnt expect it to be so soon hahah YAY you know how happy i am? had dinner with her at amk hub then cabbed to chia’s house for cg. like finallyyyyy i have my pacey back here and cg ytd was good and all. discussion was quite deep and quite funny at some points.

feel damn tired now, even though it’s 8.35am. hope i don’t fall sick!

exams are coming. HAVE NOT STARTED STUDYING. i am going to start, today, if my determination and will power shows to be stronger than my lazy genes.

tuesday last lesson of MS (: finally. what a slack prof, i like. rushed around like mad on tuesday. driving 11 to 1. then mpw meeting 1.30 to 3. then ran to dhoby xchange and collected the posh brownie cake. made one for puss. then ran back to school. late for ms by 10 mins. very angry with the TA never give me my 5 marks i dont even know where i got wrong. its the same lor! haha. whole time in class did naz and peizhi’s birthday card. didnt even bother to be discrete. just draw and colour, prof see also don’t care. hahaha, then class ended ran to bizcom room to prepare surprise. went in to find only sam there. everyone LATE haha (: then set the cake and candles, switched off the lights, everyone hid everywhere (i hid in my bathtub :D) then naz, peizhi, jaya and jack came in. then surprise happy birthday naz and peizhi! :D too much brownie to eat. WAY TOO SWEET.

yesterday’s one even better. long day, but achieved nothing. woke up at 7.20am to accompany jaya to indo embassy. we spent until 11am there. waste time lor. haha. just waited around and ate nice indo food for lunch. but too salty lah ): then cabbed to school, reached at 12. slacked around in the bizcom room. yes i chope my bathtub (: called costa sands, aranda, mt faber. see this is what HR has to do. go around calling places for this retreat that retreat. book this and that. YAWNS. read ONE marketing slide. didnt get much from it ): meow i dont even remember what i read. then 3.30 went to ps. had such a hard time deciding what to get for puss. collected the cake, bought her cotton on top and shorts. bought balloons and sushi from carrefour, then back to school.

bahn bought cordless phone for me :D

4 plus went to sob gsr 3-21. best, you know why? cos it was directly opposite my marketing class. and we ponned marketing to do what? decorate gsr for puss. some people walked out of class and looked into the gsr and gave weird looks. bet it was cos they could recognise us hahaha. the gsr was nice :D we blew and hung up balloons everywhere. like 12 balloons. 1 burst ): and the white board had this AIS flowchart wishing puss happy birthday. errrr. haha then cake and candles and card. and we had youtube song ready for her. lame came too! and we camwhored until 6.45 when puss called.

big joke know. puss thought it was ET’s bday and invited stanley along. who knows when she opened the door, saw the MEOW on the cake, then realised it was for herself. stanley damn poor thing. and you know what i was hiding under the chair in the dark. retarded (: then on the lights and ate brownie, again!  had lots of fun with clique taking photos talking planning christmas party haha. OH MAN, exciting.

then dinner at novena with bahn (: and bought the cotton on LOVE shirt. then home and i was so tired.

had mpw meeting again this morning. 8.30am ): bahn drove but didnt put coupon in the end got fine. BOO.

HAPPENING MANZ. i need exams to be over. NOW. zzz i hope you get the flight back on 1st jan pit, if not i will be sooo sad ):
