i am soooo amused by all the people in this world. the world is so weird, people are just the weirdest creatures ever. you think you know what a normal person is and you think you’re normal. then you meet some of the weirdest people in the world and obviously they do think they are being normal. yet you’ll never ever in your whole life be able to comprehend why in the world they are doing what they are doing. it’s insane really.

before coming to smu, i had never met such a wide variety of people. then, i thought ir was bad enough. i had never met anyone like her. until lianzy told me about r. well, i take my hats off to someone like that, who is able to blatantly just say whatever she says without considering anything. she wins everyone else i’ve met hands down. and i mean it. someone really has to knock some sense into a person like that.

i was amused by something in the TODAY paper. emanuele showed me this ‘public notice’ thing that advised people in singapore not to watch the new premieres on fx channels. we both took it at face value until we went to google for ‘department of appropriate behaviour’. it’s an ad. gosh. a really innovative, unique ad. (: it’s amusing and i think it’s the coolest ad i’ve seen. and there’s this subtle hint of mockery involved. it’s like they seem to mock the singapore effort on media censorship. lol.

i was amused by some presentations today as well. i didn’t know that singur was communist. and that tata nano basic cars had no air bags. HAHA. wellwell, the world today.
